All sales are final. Prints are rolled and shipped in a tube to keep them safe, so I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges. This also applies to original paintings and art products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email dainkim.art@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I'll send a replacement or a full refund. No need to send the item back.
