Dain’s work captures moments of living creation, emphasizing nature’s beauty with bold composition and warm palette. Taking inspiration from Eastern philosophies of universal oneness, her art is imbued with the magic and spirit of the living organism, seeking out beauty and harmonic balance as an artistic motif and life goal.

 

After living and traveling in many different countries, her adaptation to new environments became intuitive. Recently moving from the urban megacity of Seoul KR to a semi-rural area in Raleigh NC, she aims to mirror the resilience and vitality of the natural world in deeper connection with herself and her surroundings.
